The first round results of the 2022 Silverstein Clarinet Contest are in and today we are pleased to announce the contestants who will be moving onto the final round.
This year we had a total of 87 exceptionally talented clarinetists joining the contest from 25 countries around the world.

We would like to thank the 82 Silverstein Pro Team judges for their effort in evaluating all of the contestants in this year's contest. It was no easy task - the level of skill and quality of performance was higher than ever!
Lastly, we'd like to thank and applaud the contestants that have not made it to the next round. Their talent was truly exceptional and inspiring, and we curiously look forward to how they will be impacting the future of the world of clarinet.

Even those not advancing onto the final round may still qualify for the Shining Talent award, so make sure to stay tuned until the very end of the event!
