How are Gift Cards delivered?

Online eGift Cards with Card Code are delivered via email. The sender’s name and email address are included for the recipient. There is no charge for email delivery.

Where can I use my Gift Card?

Gift Cards with a Card Code may be redeemed at Silverstein’s online store, by visiting us online at www.silversteinworks.com.

What if I forget my Card Code?

Contact us via this page. You need the original receipt or proof of purchase to retrieve the Card Code.

What if someone else uses my Card Code?

We are not responsible for third party’s use of your Card Code. Please keep it secured. If happens, contact us immediately via this page  so that we can issue a replacement code for you.

When do the cards expire?

All cards will will expire 12 months from the original purchase date.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift card codes. At our sole discretion, eGift Cards will be replaced if lost or stolen, only with proof of purchase. Notwithstanding the foregoing, only unused balance of lost or stolen cards may be replaced.
