Magdalena Lipska was born in Jelenia Góra in 1997. She started her music education at the age of 12 at S. Moniuszko National Music School in Jelenia Góra in Poland, attending the clarinet class of Andrzej Zwarycz. Currently she has been studying at the Hochschule für Musik Saar in Germany with Prof. Shirley Brill and at The Karol Szymanowski Music Academy in Katowice in Poland with Prof. Arkadiusz Adamski. In the recent time, she has won some of the music competitions such as Third and Golden Prize at the International Music Festival and Competition "Emona"2018 “in Slovenia, Ljubljana, , International Woodwinds Competition „ProBohemia 2018”, Ostrawa, Czech Republic ( First Prize), 8th West Pomeranian Clarinet Festival in Szczecin 2018, Poland (Honorable mention), CEA Clarinet Competition in Katowice (Grand Prix Prize, 2016). She has been improving her skills by attending various masterclasses hosted by musicians such as Charles Neidich, Sharon Kam, Matthias Hoefer, Radovan Cavallin, Karel Dohnal, Gabor Varga, Florent Heau, Jean-Marc Fessard, Stephan Vermeersh, Bernhard Roethlisberger, Jorge Montilla, Igor Frantisak.
