Alphonsos Silveira began his studies in 2000 at Sociedade Musical São Sebastião, and in 2006 he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Clarinet from the Minas Gerais State University, in the class of Professor Daniel Campos. He participated in a masters class with Javier Llopis, Luis Rossi, Marcus Julius, Mariano Rey, Jorge Montilla, Fernando José Silveira, Amalia Del Giudice, José Batista Jr., Gilson Thomé, Yuan Gao, Félix Alonso, Nailor Proveta, Pedro Paes, Cristiano Alves, Henri Bok, Luís Antônio Eugênio Afonso (Mountain), Henri Bok, Yura Resende, Joel Barbosa, Antonelo Pellegrini, Walter Alves. He participated in Masterclass of regency with the professors Marcio Miranda, Charles Roussin, Dario Sotelo. Participates in the intensive course in performance with professor Carlos Rieiro and Regency with Luiz Carlos Durier.
He was the winner of the competition of the Symphony Orchestra of the State University of Minas Gerais, as well as winner of the IX Young Musician BDMG.
As a clarinetist, he performed with the Opus Orchestra, performing together with artists such as: Fafá de Belém, Milton Nascimento, Daniela Mércure and Flavio Venturini, Minas Gerais Symphony Orchestra, Minas Gerais State University Symphony Orchestra, Sabará Orquestra Institute, University Symphonic Band Federal University, State University, March 12, Our Lady of Carmo Betim. Clarinetista of the recording of the CD of the Moura Family (Valsas and Choros) and Funicando (Valsas and Choros)
He acted as Regent of the Musical and Cultural Society of Saint Lucia, Retreta Lyra de Santo Antonio and guest of the Young Symphony Orchestra of Paraíba. He was Coordinator of the Sabará Orchestra Institute, of the masterclass with clarinetist YUAN GAO / CHINA, Projeto Novos Rumos Lira da Paz. He taught classes at Sesc / MG, Meetings of Musicians at the Caraça, MPB Brazil School with S, Sacred Hearts Musical Course, School of Municipal Music of Nova Lima / MG.
He develops chamber music works with the groups: Quinteto Woodwind (Flute, Oboe, Clarinet, Bassoon, Trump), Duo Flute and Clarinet and Quartet String.
Currently he is Clarinetista of the Symphony Orchestra of Paraíba, Municipal Band of João Pessoa, Artist Pro Team “Silverstein” and Artist “MarcaReeds” Toca with clarinets “TRADITION” Buffet Crampon.
