He was born in 1997 in Jablonec nad Nisou. He started with the clarinet at the age of 11 at music school in Jablonec with Vladislav Krejčík. In 2019, he successfully passed the examinations at the Janáček Academy of performing arts in Brno, where he currently studying in the clarinet class of prof. Milan Polák and doc. Vít Spilka. He is a laureate of several competitions in the Czech Republic, Poland, Germany and Italy. He has also participated in masterclasses with leading world players such as Yehuda Gilad, Harri Maki, Milan Řeřicha, Franck Amet, Paolo Beltramini, Shirley Brill, Andrew Marriner,… He played as a soloist with orchestras in Germany, Czech Republic and Italy.
The most important is the win of the jubilee 10th Concorso Giacomo Mensi – international clarinet competition in Breno, Italy, in three rounds category Ecccellenza. He also won the first price in several international competitions in Italy, such as Concorso Saverio Mercadante, in the Czech Republic Czech Clarinet Art, in Poland Międzynarodowy Konkurs Instrumentów Dętych and he also won the competition for conservatories and musical secondary schools of the Czech Republic with full points and title of absolute winner.
The latest success was in September 2019, when he won the second price at Leoš Janáček international competition in Brno and in July 2020 the third price at Silverstein Global Clarinet Contest.
He made recordings for Czech Radio. He is also involved in chamber and orchestral playing. He is a member of the Tria Ligna woodwind trio and the principal clarinet of the orchestra of F.X. Šaldy theater in Liberec, . He performed at the prestigious Smetana’s Litomyšl Festival and also at Prague Spring Festival as a member of Side by side project of the Royal Concertgebouw Amsterdam under the baton of Daniel Gatti.
