All returns must be received by us within 14 days of original shipping date undamaged, unmarked and otherwise in original condition. Reeds must be accompanied by the original “bag tag” printed with the identifying serial number.

If you are unsure about our reed strengths, choose this option. For a small refundable deposit, we will send you two additional reeds, 1/4 strength harder and 1/4 strength softer than your target reed. That way, you can easily dial in an exact strength for you!
– Return any two reeds within 14 days for a refund of the trial fee.
– You are responsible for return shipping costs.
– Your reed will qualify for 6-month lifetime guarantee only if the other 2 reeds are returned. If you decide to keep all three reeds, none of those 3 reeds will be eligible for the 6-month lifetime guarantee.

    I am very impressed by the Ambipoly clarinet reeds and the warranty. Please make it possible to register several reeds or other purchases by listing them on one page, rather than having to restart the registration for each item purchased.
